A commonly asked question is “how long can our business be without its business systems?” Whatever the answer, Think Solutions is able to provide an appropriate level of Disaster Recovery. These levels are commonly referred to as Cold (least expensive to provide), Warm or Hot (most expensive to provide). Cold Disaster Recovery may be appropriate when system outage tolerance exceeds 24hours whilst Hot Disaster Recovery is appropriate when the business cannot tolerate a moment of downtime.
